Belgian developer, Liebrecht & wood opened today the first outlet center in Romania, Fashion House Outlet Center, after postponing the opening which was initially scheduled for November 26.
“From the desire of providing to our Romanian clients the shopping experience that Fashion House Outlet Center represents in the entire Western Europe, Liebrecht & Wood Romania developer, together with GVA Grimley Outlet Services operator, decided to put off the official opening of the Center, which was initially set for last week”, reads the press release remitted by the developer.
Located in West Park Militari, on A1 expressway, Fashion House Outlet Center opened its gates for visitors today at 10 o’clock.
Some of the tenants of the center are Puma, Benetton, Replay, Mango, Stefanel, Levi’s, Samsonite, Kenvelo, BSB, Kiltec, Diverta, Dockers, Fornarina, Timberland Nautica, Quiksilver, Lee Cooper, Ecco, Steilmann, Camel Active, Leonardo, Bigotti, Cavaliere, Alb si Negru, Ipekyol, Benvenuti, Jolidon and Optiplaza.
Fashion House Bucharest project was developed following the model of the center in Warsaw, however it is larger than it, the planned area exceeding 28,000 sqm. The investment in the outlet center amounts to nearly 65 million euros.
