King Sturge concludes latest lease contract in Conect Business Park 3

The developer, Conect Business Park, has already completed 3 buildings, of 8 and 9 floors with total parking places of 266, of which 134 underground.

The park is planned to include 6 office buildings, with a typical floor plate of approx. 1,500 sq m, of a total 89,000 sq m. The next 2 phases would have a cumulated rentable area of 25,000 sq m, deliverable in 2011.
