DTZ Echinox’s head of retail joins the senior management

Oana Iliescu who previously acted as head of retail, will join the senior management from February 2009. This addition will allow Tim Wilkinson to focus more on client development and business generation.

Oana Iliescu joined DTZ team in December 2004 and over the past 4 years has established and managed the retail team which now boasts over 400,000 sqm of retail projects, serving clients such as Atrium Centers, Immoeast, Plaza Centers and Raiffeisen Evolution.

DTZ Echinox still has a significant amount of potential to realise and I am looking forward to working with the team in this new role to achieve this”, said Oana Iliescu, Joint Managing Director at DTZ Echinox.

The position of head of retail will be assumed by Aura Voiculescu who had an important role in the growth of the retail department since joining in 2006.

In November 2002, after nine years of operations on the Romanian real estate market, Echinox Consulting entered a partnership agreement with the multinational company DTZ, Echinox Consulting becoming the local DTZ representative office.
