The distributor’s turnover climbed 7.2% to 36.6 million lei (€8.6 million), while revenues increased by 3% to 37.2 million lei (€8.8 million), compared to second quarter this year.

Costs fell 3% to 36.6 million lei (€8.6 million) compared to previous quarter.

Farmaceutica Remedia said it expects a full-year net profit of 2 million lei (€0.47 million), after year-ago loss, on 14.5% increase in sales to 150 million lei.

The company has a share capital of 9.85 million lei, divided into 98.5 million shares at a face value of 0.10 lei.

The majority shareholder of the company is also the chairman of the distributor, Valentin Norbert Tarus with 66.54% stake, while the Romanian branch of the German-based AHG Industry – AHG Simcor Industry with 16.5%.

The market value of the company is 17.71 million lei (€4.12 million), according to yesterday’s closing quote of 0.167lei/share.
