The National Securities Commission has approved the prospectus of the bid price for Rompetrol Rafinare at 0.0741 lei/share, the minimum price required by the commission, sources close to the issue told Wall-Street.
Last week, the stock market watchdog objected to the takeover bid of Rompetrol Rafinare, saying the 0.0625 lei/share offer was unfairly priced for shareholders.
Rompetrol Group submitted on Friday to the National Securities Commission the amendment to its takeover offer for Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC).
RRC shares have been suspended from trading since early January and will resume trading tomorrow, after NSC makes public today all details on the offer.
