Central Depository registers Daimler and Deutsche Bank shares into RoClear

Central Depository has registered the shares issued by Daimler AG and Deutsche Bank AG, companies listed on the Deutsche Boerse and the London Stock Exchange, into the clearing settlement and registry system RoClear.

“This operation was made at the request of a participant to the clearing settlement and registry system, RoClear, in order to perform operations of cross border settlement”, Central Depository said in a release.

So far, the institution has registered the shares of OMV, and Deutsche Boerse and CEZ into the RoClear system at the request of participants.

Last year, the Central Depository has registered into the clearing settlement and registry system RoClear Volksbank certificates on ROTX and CROX index issued by Österreichische Volksbanken AG, at the request of Fairwind Securities, as well as the certificates with guaranteed principal issued by Volksbank Austria, having as an active support the share basket issued by Verbund, Voestalpine, OMV and Telekom Austria and are mature on December 30, 2012. The issue value is €2 million and certificates are available for trading at the Wiener Börse AG.
