In scadere se afla si terminalele bazate pe BlackBerry OS, Research in Motion reusind cu greu sa pastreze a patra pozitie a clasamentului cu 7,7 milioane de telefoane vandute si o cota de piata de numai 4,3%.

Microsoft, prin Windows Phone si Windows Mobile, a cunoscut cea mai mare crestere - de 140%, evolutie datorata in special intrarii Nokia in acest segment, cota de piata ramanand undeva la pragul de 2%.
