Real estate advisor... so he's also trying to get people to say... what the hell, the crisis will not hit Romania. We have the strongest economy in the world... let's take a 200'000 EUR loan and buy an overpriced house/apt. located in a god-forsaken place with no infrastructure whatsoever, so that poor little oh real estate investors won't stop affording their bmws and other expensive luxuries...
