stalent shortage

when Romania had great talented people for the job didn't know how to keep it and as a result majority are now in different countries all over the world in proper job well paid this time and growing constantly.the quality of education now is so far away of what was 20 -30 years ago,less qualified people from qualified schools by jobs .In Romania most of people want to get paid but don't want to work for that ,impossible but it happend and we are where we are.the industry was kill we do not produce now tractors for agriculture,nothing for this country is better to import things from china or elswhere to use it here.disaster is close.Politicians work for their next generation not for people who choose them to do something for this country,they manage their business as they got the information for their own benefit.did anybody asked ever how come in Romania there are so many,but really so many SUV cars whichcompete as price with a house.strange but it happen.as result 70%of population don't have money to leave decent and normal life,living in vrey poor standards.where is the law to stop people with black money to do what they want in this country ,they are also corupted and do nothing to stop coruption in this country.so why should talented people to waste their skills here
