The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed the 2009 chapter with 37% leap in value and although stocks had good returns, they failed to recoup the massive loss of 2008-2009. Based on a report by Intercapital Invest, Wall-Street highlights the stocks that have seen the biggest returns at the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2009.
