3TS Capital Partners invests in leading Romanian media company, InternetCorp

With more than 2 million unique visitors per month to its websites, InternetCorp has a market share of more than 10% of the Romanian online advertising market. The company was established in 2005 and demonstrated significant growth during the last three years.

InternetCorp has successfully addressed the market with a unique combination of an integrated business model and an impressive portfolio of sites in the categories of business, news, and lifestyle, which are all ranked in the top five in their respective segments. Out of the portfolio of 14 websites, the company’s flagship products are www.wall-street.ro, www.kudika.ro and www.9am.ro, reaching a well defined target audience and offering a highly effective advertising environment.
