Indices committee of the Bucharest Stock Exchange decided to remove Rompetrol (BSE:RRC) from the BET index and to replace it with Condmag (BET:COMI), after the public takeover offering for RRC hurt trading liquidity.
Rompetrol and Zentiva (bSE:SCD) will be removed from the BET-XT too, to be replaced by Oltchim (BSE:OLT) and Turbomecanica (BSE:TBM) as of April 1 trading. No changes have been made in the BET-FI, BET NG and BET-C.
The share of each company in the structure of the indices will be calculated by BSE based on their closing quote in March 29 trading, BSE said.
Their values will be made public in the same day, together with the free-float factors, price correction factors and the number of shares of companies that hiked capital over the past three months.
