According to the law firm, the appointment of Lucian Bondoc is an important step in White & Case’s strategy to further increase its capabilities in corporate, competition, employment and the pharmaceuticals sector in the Bucharest office.
Lucian is specialized in all areas of corporate, commercial and competition law, focusing on M&A, capital markets and greenfield projects.
A member of the Bucharest Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales, Lucian holds four university degrees, including a master Degree in Public Administration from the French National School of Administration (Ecole Nationale d’Administration).
The law firm has promoted recently Paula Corban and Flaviu Nanu, energy & utilities and real estate senior members as counsels.
Earlier this year, White & Case LLP named Delia Panchiu as executive partner of Bucharest office. White & Case opened office in Bucharest in February 2008.
