Franklin Templeton leases 900sqm in Premium Point

Franklin Templeton Investment Management, the investment manger of the Fondul Proprietatea equity assets leased 900sqm office space in Premium Point building, located in Victoriei Square, the exclusive leasing agent of Premium Point said in a press release.

“We have worked closely with Franklin Templeton for the last 9 months. The close location of the building to the Romanian Government Building was a plus. We anticipate the new Franklin Templeton office in Romania to open the doors at the end of July”, said Lori Collins, senior consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Franklin Templeton will occupy 1.5 floors in the Premium Point (photo) building, developed by Premiumred, the real estate development unit of Investkredit, Volksbank, on Buzesti Street, No 80 near Victoriei Square.

Premium Point has an office space of 6,000 sqm, and boasts the headquarters of Aviva (3,000 sqm) and Thomson Reuters (500 sqm).

Franklin Templeton Investment Management Limited is Franklin Templeton Investment Management Limited is a subsidiary of Franklin Resources, a global investment management organization operating as Franklin Templeton Investments.

Premiumred is the property development unit of Investkredit, Volksbank, that delivered in summer 2008 Premium Plaza building, located at the junction between Nicolae Titulescu boulevard and Dr Iacob street, and last year, Premium Point office building.
