SIFs drop 2.47%

Stocks at the Bucharest Stock Exchange stayed in the weak mode today, with the BET-FI index breaking through the 20,000 points barrier, after closing above the level for three successive sessions.
The total trade value at the equity market fell slightly to 11.79 million lei (€2.81 million).

BET index
of the 10 most actively traded stocks at BSE dropped 1.82% to 4,845.35 points, while the composite BET-C gave up 1.60% and closed at 2,905.02 points.

BET-FI index
of the give financial investment companies fell 2.47% to 19,747.98 points, while Vienna’s ROTX slumped 2.27% to 9,970.18 points.

BET-XT index
of the 25 most traded stocks finished down 1.89% to 443.32 points, while BET-NG gauge of ten energy stocks decreased 1.58% to 684.87 points.

SIF Oltenia shares (BSE:SIF5) have been the most traded today, with a total trade value of 3.73 million lei, while stock prices slumped 3.48% to 1.1 lei. SIF Moldova (BSE:SIF2) declined 3.85% to 0.875 lei, and recorded a total trade value of 2.27 million lei.

BRD SocGen (BSE : BRD) shed 0.81% to 12.2 lei, while Banca Transilvania (BSE:TLV) moved 2% lower to 1.47 lei.

In the energy sector, OMV Petrom (BSE:SNP) dropped 1.02% to 0.29 lei while Condmag (BSE:COMI) posted 1.35% decline to 0.73 lei.

Only two stocks recorded gains today, namely Ves Sighisoara (BSE:VESY) with 6.19% growth and Farmaceutica Remedia (BSE:RMAH) with 0.57% gain.
