In the previous years however, the leu-euro rate has decreased around Cristmas and Easter due to the millions of euros and dolars spent by the tens of thousands of roumanians coming home in short holidays from abroad. Being different means buying millions of euros high and selling low, that is a huge loss. Would this year be the case ?
