in a global market such as today, it's ok to take in consideration the Competitor but it's strategyc to understand what they buy and how they make economy on their costs,what tell you that is the condition of the market,you got suppliers for the same class of products, so the key to win competitor is to have an high quality purchasing management so to have a great knowledge of the market and its variable.
