In Monte Carlo Palace Residence & Hotel, developed by Marvel Promotions in Presei Square, prices for penthouse apartments start from €595,000 and reach up to €830,000. Thus, a three-bedroom 152-sqm furnished apartment on 14th floor costs around €595,000.

At the same floor, a 230-sqm unfurnished penthouse with five rooms costs €795,000 and for the same but furnished apartment the price goes up to €830,000, according to Marvel Promotions.

In Asmita Gardens, the six-tower project in Unirii area, the only penthouse available for sale costs €1,250/sqm, or €600,000. The apartment doesn’t have finishes, but Asmita will put on customers’ disposal an interior designer for home decoration.

“The Green penthouse in T5 tower is priced at €1,250/sqm plus VAT. The 200-sqm unit has a terrace of the same size”, said Asmita Gardens.

Dorobanti vs Floreasca

Still in Primaverii, near Bordei park, a 487-sqm penthouse (photo) is priced at €1.15 million according to imobiliare.ro. The apartment has four bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and three balconies.

In Herastrau, a 286-sqm penthouse has a starting price of €2.5 million, the owner saying it is negotiable. The apartment has five rooms, three bathrooms and 3 balconies.

In Herastrau, the owner of a four-bedroom 331-sqm apartment hopes to get €950,000 plus VAT, according to Regatta. The unit also has a 83-sqm terrace, access to pool and fitness.
