10. Tradeville

Brokerage firm Tradeville reported a total transaction value of 32.4 million lei in the last month, 23% below October level. In the previous month, the company ranked 13th with a total value of brokerage transaction of 40 million lei.

Year-to-date, transactions brokered by Tradevill totaled 403 million lei, and takes up the 13th position in the annual ranking.

9. Intercapital Invest

Intercapital Invest brokered transactions worth an aggregate 33.5 million lei, 79% less than a month earlier.

In the annual ranking, Intercapital takes 11th position with total transaction value of 413 million lei.

8. EFG Eurobank Securities

EFG Eurobank Securities, the local brokerage line of EFG Eurobank – majority shareholder of Bancpost – recorded a total brokerage value of 40.9 million lei, 11.3% more than in October.

Despite the dried up liquidity, EFG Eurobank Securities managed to climb six positions in November. In the annual ranking, the brokerage firm is on seventh with total value of brokerage transactions of 546.8million lei.

7. Broker Cluj

The only brokerage firm listed at the stock market, Broker Cluj (ticker) posted total transaction value of 43.6million lei, 28% less than a month earlier. In October, Broker was standing on ninth, with total deal value of 61.3million lei.

Year-to-date, the company brokered transactions worth 407.6million lei and ranks 12th in the annual chart.

6. Raiffeisen Capital&Investment

Raiffeisen Capital&Investment (RCI) fell five positions from a month earlier to sixth, while the value of brokerage transactions dropped 2.6-times to 44.8million lei.

In October, RCI was second largest stock market broker with total deal value of 120.1 million lei. Year-to-date, the company brokered transactions worth 794.6million lei.

5. BRD-Groupe Societe Generale

BRD GSG suffered the steepest decline in transaction value, 11-times in November, and fell from the first top to fifth.

In November BRD recorded a transaction value of 49.3million lei and ranks fifth.

Year-to-date, the bank posted a total value of brokerage transactions of 1.18 billion lei, and remains the leading brokerage firm in Romania.

4. UniCredit CAIB Securities

UniCredit CAIB Securities reported 56.2million lei in brokerage transactions, 35.4% less than a month earlier.

Year-to-date, UniCredit CAIB brokered transactions worth 486.9million lei and takes up the eight position in the annual chart.

3. KBC Securities

Despite that KBC Securities climbed two positions in November on a monthly basis, transaction value dropped 2% to 74.6million lei.

In the Jan-Nov period, brokerage firm recorded transaction value of 839million lei and stands on fourth in the annual ranking.

2. IFB Finwest

Arad-based brokerage house IFB Finwest climbed two positions in the monthly chart, with a total value of brokerage transactions of 77.9million lei, 2% below month-ago level.

In October, the company recorded a total deal value 76.4million lei. Year-to-date IFB brokered transactions worth 547.7 million and takes up the sixth position in the annual ranking.

1. BT Securities

Banca Transilvania’s brokerage division recorded total value of brokerage transactions of 95.3 million lei, 7% more than a month earlier.

In October ranking BT Securities took up the third spot with total deal value of 89.3million lei. Year-to-date, the company recorded a transaction value of 988.7 million lei and ranks second.
