Romanian luxury car market rose twofold in August

Luxury cars range in second-hand market in Romania include Bentley, Maserati, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Maybach and Wiesmann.

The exclusive brand with biggest growth on used car segment in Romania was Bentley in first eight months with 39 units and a 160% advance from similar interval in 2007.

Maserati had 19 registrations of used cars in first eight months in 2008 in Romania, up 533% from January-August 2007 interval.

350% was Aston Martin’s advance of used cars in first eight months in 2008 with 18 units registrated, compared to 4 cars in similar period of 2007.

Romanians registered 16 used Ferrari cars in first eight months, 78% more than 2007.

Rolls Royce brand mainatined the same pace, with 6 units registered.
As for Lamborghini, 4 second-hand cars were regstered and only one in January-August, while Maybach four cars were registered in January-August 2007 compared to merely one unit in same interval in 2007.

Two Wiesmann second-hand cars were registered in Romania.
