Vodafone Romania unveils first laptop under own brand



Vodafone Romania, second biggest mobile telecommunication network company in Romania, launched the new Log’n’Go laptop, now available in all Vodafone stores and at its retail partners, at 99-219 euros (all prices include VAT).

“We are confident that the new offer will encourage the adoption of Internet services by all user categories in Romania. The new notebook computer under Vodafone brand completes our mobile data portfolio in order to make the wireless networking more accessible for our clients”, representatives of Vodafone Romania said to Wall-Street.

The notebook computer is available at 99 euros (VAT included) at a monthly subscription fee of 35.70 euros concluded for two years which provides unlimited data traffic and speed of up to 3.6 Mbps.

Users can choose the 21.42 euros/month subscription, which provides unlimited traffic, file sharing speed of up to 1 Mbps and Vodafone laptop at 219 euros for contracts concluded for two years.

Launched in premiere in Romania, Vodafone laptop uses 1.6 GHz Intel Atom processor and comes with Windows XP Home Edition pack. Moreover, the new Vodafone Notebook’s supported RAM technology is 1GB, 160 GB hard disk, 10.2″ display, at only 1.2 kg weight.
