Regatta launches contract renegotiation service
Real estate advisor, Regatta, said it would deliver a renegotiation service for office, commercial and industrial space agreements, which can be extended to the reexamination of other contract clauses.

The service is designed both to tenants whom have to pay a rent established long time before and whose amount is now high given the current situation of the real estate market, and also to lessors who can be exposed to various risks, both natural and legal persons.
“Currently we are running contract renegotiation processes for two important banks, an insurance company and companies in financial field”, said Mihaela Raducanu, head of the Rental Department.
The service is available both in Bucharest and across the country, and provided by a team of Regatta made up of six specialists with over ten year experience in real estate advisory.
