RNSC revokes NHL trading license for two months
Romanian National Securities Commission revoked the license of NHL Securities broking firm for 60 days, citing the failure to meet the minimum 50,000 euro own funds limit, RNSC informs.
As of January, the broking firm was banned from trading for 90 days on same reduction of funds.
The market watchdog imposed the Bucharest-based firm to meet the requirements afferent to financial investment services activity , namely the equivalent of 125,000 euros and restricted the deals that exceeded the initial share capital of 50,000 euros.
Since the beginning of this year, NHL Securities brokered deals worth merely 17,713 lei at the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
