Libra Bank raised capital up to 32.1 million euros



Libra Bank has raised its share capital by as much as 4 mln lei, up to 136.35 million lei (32.1 mln euros0 by issuing 40 mln new shares at a nominal value of 0.10 lei per share, the bank announced.
The bank’s capital was standing at 132.35 mln lei before the proposal was passed.

“This measure is part of a broader investment strategy adopted by the bank’s shareholders, which is set to continue this year”, reads the press release remitted by the bank.

Libra Bank, liberal-profession oriented bank, is member of US investment fund New Century Holdings, with investments of over 3 bln dollars in CEE, of which 300 mln dollars in Romania.
