FIC Oltenia changes mind, suspends 9% shares for tomorrows Shareholders Meeting



FIC Oltenia decided to suspend 9.3% voting rights of shareholders with over 1% holding. Earlier today, the financial investment company said it would suspend 16% of the chartered capital, shareholders affected by this measure being Broadhurst Investments and companies held by Catalin Chelu.

Almost 45 shareholders of FIC Oltenia are suspected for planning to act in an orchestrated manner during tomorrow's the general shareholders' meeting.

Most of them have allegedly acted in favor of the businessman Catalin Chelu and will have their rights suspended for 49.78 million shares or 8.58 percent of the common capital.

Investment fund Broadhurst Investment Limited will have its voting rights revoked for 1.61 shares, equivalent of 0.28% of the common capital.
