Erste AM increased common capital to 6 mln lei
Erste Asset Management increased its common capital from 1 mln lei to 6 mln lei after the decision unanimously reached by the members of General Meeting of Shareholders earlier this month, reads the bulletin of RNSC.
Erste AM took over earlier this week the management of BCR Asset Management’s mutual funds, after the approval of capital market watchdog.
The investments division of the Austrian bank will thus take up the No1 spot in local top mutual funds managers, with assets of 488.8 mln lei.
