Alexandra Gatej steps down from the board of Unilever
Alexandra Gatej, manager of Unilever South Central Europe will complete her mandate and will become part of Unilever’s team for Central and Eastern Europe as Business Development Director.
“I had the privilege to work with talented people throughout my mandate, with whom the company became a leader in the Balkans. Recently, we added to this success the delivery of new ice cream products and acquisition of Napoca brand. Looking ahead to new challenges, I thank all my colleagues for their unique talent and passion and I am sure we will find here the potential we need to continue this successful story”, said Alexandra Gatej.
The successor to the helm of Unilever’s operations in South Central Europe will be announced shortly.
Alexandra Gatej was appointed as of November 1, 2005 as the manager of Unilever South Central Europe, heading the group’s operations in seven states: Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Moldova.
