Csaba Gergely leaves PwC for Provident
Csaba Gergely, aged 39, was appointed as HR manager at consumer credit supplier Provident Financial Romania.
Gergely has led the HR consultancy teams at PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania, and since January he is the chairman of HR Club, the professional association of human resources specialists in Romania.
Prior to PwC, Gergely headed the human resources department of Coca Cola HBC Romania, where he held various management positions in sales and human resources, both nationwide and group-wide.
Last month, Provident was ranked second in terms of engagement of its employees by Hewitt Associates, independent consultant in human resources. 50 Romanian companies and 13,000 employees participated in the survey.
