CBRE|Eurisko spearheads leasing efforts for SkyTower office building
The real estate advisor CBRE|Eurisko has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for SkyTower office building developed by Raiffeisen Evolution, which is expected to be the tallest building in Bucharest.
SkyTower is part of the mixed project Floreasca City, located in Barbu Vacarescu boulevard, and comprises five underground stories, ground floor, 36 stories aboveground, as well as a technical story, measuring 137 m height.
The project will have a gross lettable area of 40,000 sqm and 541 parking spaces, scheduled for completion in the first half of 2012.
In Romania, Raiffeisen Evolution has completed real estate projects such as Oracle Tower, JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, Casa Mosilor, Airport Smart Office and Hippodrome Office Center in Ploiesti.
