Danone appoints new marketing director for its operations in Romania



Dora Strezova has been appointed as marketing head of Danone Romania, after ten years with the food-product company.
Dora Strezova (photo) joined Danone Bulgaria in 1999 as assistant brand manager. He was gradually promoted as brand manager in 2001 and subsequently as senior brand manager in 2003. In 2006, Strezova took up marketing manager position, and was responsible for Danone’s entire portfolio. In 2008 she was named at the helm of the company’s marketing operations in Bulgaria and Moldova.

“I am very pleased with the relocation to Romania: the team here is special and the market carries a high development potential. I intend on get to know Romanians as Danone products consumers, but also as friends, to explore the market and to stimulate its growth accordingly”, Dora Strezova said.

Strezova, aged 32, is thus replacing Kiril Hadzhidinev who was named marketing director Danone Bulgaria.
