Television producer dies of natural causes
Television producer Valeriu Lazarov died this morning in Madrid at the age of 73 of natural causes, according to public.es, cited by Mediafax.ro.
Valeriu Lazarov was managing director and adviser to Telecinco TV station since 1985 until 1994 and a famous production executive of the Spain’s Television industry in the 70s.
In Romania, Lazarov was a prolific figure in the 90’s TV entertainment, heading the production of a number of successful television shows such as “Surpize, Surprize” (“Surprises, Surprises”) and “Iarta-ma” (“Forgive me”).
