Stere Farmache joins Alpha Finances BoD
The chairman of Bucharest Stock Exchange, Stere Farmache was elected to the Board of Directors of Alpha Finance, the brokerage division of Alpha Bank, after receiving the approval from National Securities Commission, according to the latest bulletin issued by the stock market watchdog.
Farmache is replacing Daniel Palita, after the decisions made in the general meeting of shareholders in April.
Stere Farmache resigned as managing director of Bucharest Stock Exchange in December and took up the role of first-vice president at Alpha Bank.
