Intercontinental Romania reports 5.76m lei losses in H1
Hotel company Intercontinental Romania (RCHI) widened losses to 5.76 million lei in the first six months, as businesses dropped by a third compared to the similar period in 2008, according to a report sent to the local bourse, NewsIn informs.
The company registered losses of 1 million lei in the first half last year.
Its turnover amounted to 19.35 million lei in the first six months, down 33 percent from 28.94 million lei a year earlier.
Intercontinental Romania has a share capital of 83.35 million lei, divided into 833.543 million shares, at a face value of 0.10 lei. Its main shareholders are RHIC Holding (49.12 percent), Lido (11.89 percent) and Nova Trade (15.71 percent).
