Volksbank Romania, admitted to RoClear system
Central Depository has decided last week to admit Volksbank Romania as clearing participant to RoClear system, reads a press release remitted by the institution.
The number of credit institutions, authorized by Central Depository as clearing participants to the RoClear system is now 18.
Austrian-based Volksbank Romania was authorized by Romanian National Securities Commission to participate in the local capital market.
After the submission to Investors’ Clearing Fund, Volksbank will be able to operate in the market as well as to provide assistance and manage clients’ accounts.
