GarantiBank approves first loan under First Home
GarantiBank has approved the first loan under “First Home” scheme, of 57,000 euros for 30 years and at a monthly rate of 303 euros, for a two-room apartment in a new homebuilding in Bucharest. The interest for the loan is of 4.89% while Annual Percentage Rate reaches 5.39%, including the management fee of 0.37%.
Loans under First Home scheme in GarantiBank offer are available both in lei and euro spread over 3 to 30 years.
The minimum income required by the bank is 650 lei or its equivalent in euro and may include salaries, additional incomes, rents, copyrights, management/consultancy contracts, incomes from liberal activities or dividends, etc. The top indebtedness level accepted by the bank is of 70%.
The maximum ceiling provided by National Guarantee Fund for SMEs for loans under the scheme is 3.4 million euros.
