BCR Leasing hikes share capital by 35%



BCR Leasing IFN, the leasing division of Romania's top lender by assets Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR), increased the share capital by 5.29 million lei to 20.294 million lei, through the subscription of the majority shareholder BCR, NewsIn informs.
The leasing company had a share capital of 15 million lei before the increase.

Therefore, BCR raised its stake from 89.369 percent to 92.14 percent. Financiara SA owns 7.39 percent of the share capital, while the remaining 0.47 percent shares are owned by other individuals.

BCR Leasing IFN has been present on the local market since 2001, as subsidiary of BCR, controlled by the Austrian lender Erste Bank.
