A&D Pharma appoints new investor relations director
A&D Pharma, the largest pharmaceutical group in Romania appointed Claudiu Manolescu as investor relations director. He will replace Cristian Barbulescu.
In his new role, Claudiu Manolescu (photo) will be responsible for the development of investor and communication programs of the group and will contribute to the production of annual report for investors. The new director with A&D Pharma who will also serve as group reporting & accounting director has been working with the company for the past five years.
“Prior to joining A&D Pharma, Claudiu Manolescu served as budgeting and reporting manager at Stirom S.A for one year and a half”, reads a press release issued by the company.
Manolescu also worked for three years at Ernst&Young’s audit department.
“We consider the new tasks Claudiu has accepted can only add value to our group and improve communication between company and the community of investors and other financial groups that any company listed at London Stock Exchange interacts with on a daily basis”, said Dimitris Sophocleous, CFO A&D Pharma.
