Businessman invests 30mln in Bellevue Residence project
Romanian businessman Gabriel Stan, who holds several distribution companies, has invested €30mln in a residential project in Brasov that comprises 144 apartments.
Bellevue Residence is located on the road that links Brasov to Poiana Brasov and will be constructed in two stages. The first stage includes the construction of six blocks with 96 apartments , that are now underway. The second stage that includes 48 apartments is expected to complete at the end of next year.
Prices hover near €119,000, plus VAT for two-bedroom apartments and may reach €740,000 plus VAT for the four-bedroom penthouses.
