Atrium Center shopping mall to open in March next year
Atrium Centers developer, affiliatyed to property investment company Carpathian said it would open in spring next year Atrium Center shopping center in Arad, after €75mln investment.
So far, the building has been 80% let, the exclusive leasing agent for the building being DTZ Echinox. “We’ve signed leasing contracts even over the past six months with retailers such as C&A, New Yorker, Humanic and Hervis”, said Adina Calinescu (photo), manager Atrium Centers Romania.
