Rompetrol Bucharest to officially delist shares from Rasdaq
Rompetrol Bucharest (Rasdaq: VEGA) will officially delist from Rasdaq stock market after shareholders’ withdrawal procedures end.
Rompetrol shares have been suspended since December last year, after TRG’s acquisition of the remaining 6.53% of the share capital in a public offering.
Rompetrol Bucharest has a share capital of 174.5 million lei, divided into 1.74 bln shares at a face value of 0.10 lei. The company is specialized in processing products derived from crude oil.
