Aerostars Q3 profit sinks to 4 mln lei
Aicraft parts manufacturer Aerostar Bacau (ticker: ARS) reported third-quarter profit of 4.01 mln lei (€0.95 mln), 10% less than year-ago period, according to the financial statement remitted to Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Turnover increased 12% above year-ago level to 105.34 mln lei (€25 mln), while revenues stood at 154.23 mln lei (€36.5 mln), down 4% compared to the same period of last year.
Quarterly expenditures dropped 4% to 110.9 mln lei (€26 mln).
Aerostar Bacau reported an after-tax profit of 1.36 mln lei (€322,000) in the six months through June this year, up 48% from a year earlier.
The company has a share capital of 29.28 million lei, divided into 117.14 mln shares at a face value of 0.25lei. Iarom SA holds 71.09% stake, while FIC Moldova – 11.25% equity.
Market value of the company currently stands at 76.1 mln lei (€17.7 mln), according to yesterday’s closing quote of 0.65 lei/share.
