Societe Generale names Bernard Histe CEO for BRD Finance
Societe Generale said it named Bernard Histe, former head of consumer credit unit Croatia, as managing director of Romanian BRD Finance. Histe will succeed Vincent Delatte who assumed another role in another subsidiary of Societe Generale group, the company said in a release.
Bernard Histe, 48 has been with the group for 22 years and served as inspector, commercial director in France, and Russia, director and internal auditor.
Prior to joining BRD Finance, Histe served as managing director of SG Consumer Finance Crediflex Croatia.
BRD Finance is held by the specialized financial service division of Societe Generale and operates since 2004.
