Rekkers adds 20K shares to his holding in Banca Transilvania
Chief executive of Banca Transilvania, Robert Rekkers bought during yesterday’s trading session 20,000 shares worth 45,050 lei (€10,575), according to the latest filing of Banca Transilvania to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Rekkers acquired the 20,000 shares at a median price of 2.2525lei, 1% higher than yesterday’s closing quote of 2.23lei.
The chief executive’s previous purchase was on September 30, when he acquired 35,000 shares at a median price of 1.62 lei.
Earlier this month, Banca Transilvania shares touched record values, which heated insiders’ buying activity.
Banca Transilvania reported net profit of 48.27million lei in the first nine months this year (€11.41 million), 87.8% lower than the same period of last year.
The bank has a share capital of 1.06 billion lei, divided into 1.06 shares at a nominal value of 1leu.
The market cap stands at 2.36 billion lei (€0.55 billion), according to yesterday’s closing quote of 2.23lei/share.
