Former Zimtub CEO divests stake in Flamboyant Ventures



Dragomir Stelian, former chief executive of welded pipe producer Zimtub Zimnicea (BSE: ZIM) said he had sold his stake in Belize-based off-shore Flamboyant Ventures, according to a BSE filing.
Dragomir Stelian sold the 18% stake in Flamboyant which now is the largest shareholder of the company with 31.87% interest.

Zimtub reported nine-month net profit of 217,125 lei (€51,300) in 2009 after major loss a year earlier, as revenues doubled to 31.71 million lei (€7.5 million).

Zimtub has a share capital of 12.07 million lei divided into 4.83 million shares at a face value of 2.50lei.

According to BSE filings, the main shareholders of the pipe producer are Interagro SRL and Intergaz SRL with an aggregate holding of 33% while Inter Ferm Fantanele has 25.86%.

The market value of the company is 4.82 million lei (€1.16 million), according to yesterday’s closing quote of 1leu/share.
