White&Case names Delia Pachiu as Bucharest partner
Global law firm White&Case LLP said it named Delia Pachiu as executive partner of the Bucharest office.
Delia Pachiu has been with the law firm’s management team since the opening of White&Case office in Bucharest, in 2008. In her new role, she will be responsible for continuing the consolidation of the group in Romania and for expanding the customer base of the office while focusing on fields of great importance: M&A, banks & financing, and energy & utilities.
Specialized in Romanian law, Delia Pachiu has an extensive 16-year experience in advising local and global companies as well as financial institutions and governments on projects and cross-border deals. Apart from the development of local office, Pachiu will continue to provide advisory services to a broad range of clients, as head of energy and real estate law with White&Case Bucharest office.
White&Case established its Bucharest office in February 2008 after operating in Romania for many years without having a local office. The branch is part of White&Case’s larger chain in Central and Eastern Europe that includes units in Budapest, Warsaw, Prague, Moscow, Bratislava and Alma-Ata.
