Salans advised Franklin Templeton in the selection process for FP



Legal adviser Salans advised Franklin Templeton Investment Management Limited, the UK-based investment management company, part of Franklin Templeton Investments group, throughout the selection process for the management of Fondul Proprietatea.
The law firm acted as Romanian counsel to Franklin Templeton during the tendering process and subsequent negotiation and signing of the management agreement.

The company also advised the investment management firm on the regulatory, corporate and labor law aspects in connection with the establishment of Franklin Templeton’s Bucharest office.
