BSE stocks end mixed



Stocks at the Bucharest Stock Exchange ended a mixed and volatile session today, with the 25 most traded stocks finishing up 0.40%, while BET-NG fell 0.11%.
The liquidity at the stock market has been fairly modest today, with only 12.93 million lei (€3.16 million), versus 33.4 million lei (€8.13 million) yesterday. However, the bond market generated 51.69 million lei, after the transfer of 4,682 state securities.

BET index that gauges the performance of the ten most actively traded stocks at BSE rose 0.83% to 5,488.64 points, while the composite BET-C increased by 0.40% to 3,145.65 points.

BET-FI index of the five financial investment companies posted a modest gain of 0.10% closing in at 29,004 points, while Vienna’s ROTX climbed 0.25% to 10,854.94 points.

BET-XT index of the 25 most traded stocks edged up 0.40% to 536.15 points, while BET-NG of ten energy stocks fell 0.11% to 741.45 points.

Banca Transilvania stocks (BSE:TLV) have led the most traded stocks chart today, with over 2 million lei liquidity, while share prices jumped 2.31% to 2.21 lei. In the banking sector, BRD SocGen held steady at 14.60 lei.

In the energy sector, Petrom (BSE:SNP) rose 0.71% to 0.2840 lei. Transgaz (BSE:TGN) suffered 2.37% decline to 222.60lei/share.
