RRC suspended from trading. Rompetrol urged to raise offering price
Romanian National Securities Commission has suspended Rompetrol Rafinare shares (BSE:RRC) from trading, to allow Rompetrol Rafinare to raise offering price above 0.0751 lei/share, price at which it bought 1.53% of the company yesterday.
The stock market watchdog called for a similar amendment after the majority shareholder bought 15.7% stake at 0.075 lei/share, above the offering price.
The takeover offering will end on March 26, but will be extended according to the suspension period.
