Flamingo subleases office space in Floreasca

Flamingo International, one of the largest electronics retailers in Romania, moved its head office in IPA office building, where it leased 500sqm office space.
Prior to moving into a new house, Flamingo had had its head office in Baneasa, in Feeria shopping center. The new headquarter is on Calea Floreasca, near Aurel Vlaicu subway station, where the retailer subleased the second floor of P1 building. Around 50 employees will work in the newly leased office space.

Flamingo has also disposed of the storage space it had leased in industrial project Prologis Park.

“The relocation of Flamingo’s head office lined up to our cost-containment strategy, through a more efficient resource management. The new space provides the same facilities as the previous one, and it has been chosen due to the better position and lower costs”, said the representatives of Flamingo.
