Midday Forex: Leu slumps vs. euro
The National Bank of Romania set a reference rate of 4.1128 lei/euro, up 0.54% from yesterday, in line with the regional trend.
The exchange rate grew steadily in the interbank market today in the morning trades, from 4.0940 to 4.1160 lei/euro.
For the US dollar, the central bank set a reference rate of 3.0897 lei/dollar, up 1.08% from Wednesday.
